Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and Customs Products) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping for Specific Products
School Uniforms: Please allow 1-5 additional days for uniform customization if required (e.g., school logos or name printing).
Study Materials: In-stock books and materials ship immediately. Out-of-stock items will be notified with an estimated shipping date.
Sports Equipment: Larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping fees or require special handling. This will be displayed during checkout.
Teaching Materials: Digital materials are delivered instantly; physical items follow the shipping guidelines above.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
